What Is Moda Watch Club?
Moda Watch Club is our private Facebook group for buying and selling luxury watches valued over $10,000. The group is designed specifically for dealers, collectors, and retail buyers by creating a secure, transparent environment where trust and integrity are expected.
With thousands of watches listed weekly, we believe it’s the best place to add to your collection, source for your clients, or build your inventory.
Yes, it’s true – anyone can join and buy in this group. There is no premium membership required to purchase a watch or browse. But selling is a different story.
To protect buyers, only verified members of Real Watch Buyers (RWB) are allowed to sell or run auctions within The Moda Watch Club. This ensures that every listing comes from someone who is committed to making a deal, held accountable, and subject to enforcement if something goes wrong.
These rules exist to keep the group efficient and trustworthy. By participating, whether on the buying or selling side, you agree to operate professionally and honor your word. We don’t mess around, and that’s why our groups work.

Ways To Use Moda Watch Club
Buying in Moda Watch Club is designed to remove uncertainty from the process. With our emphasis on quality sellers and high accountability you can count on a highly vetted marketplace where listings come from trusted sellers and established dealers who are active in the community. Pricing in Moda Watch Club tends to reflect the market value of a piece rather than inflated retail numbers. So, whether you’re sourcing a daily, or a higher end collectible, the environment our groups provide is one that encourages open communication, fair deals, and quick transactions without all the pain that comes from finding and sourcing a watch at th retail level.
Selling in Moda Watch Club can be just as simple as buying, but it does require a Real Watch Buyers membership to list within the group. This step helps ensure our seller pool is vetted and trustworthy. From there, it’s required to take high quality photos and to be clear with your pricing, and communication. Deals move fast, so staying responsive matters. Whether you’re posting a private sale or running an auction, you’re putting your watch in front of serious buyers who are ready to move, in a community that values transparency and repeat business. Last but not least, a deal is a deal. If you list your price, or auction your watch, you’re obligated to make the deal happen.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
You Must Have A Membership To Real Watch Buyers To Sell
Selling in The Moda Watch Club requires an active Real Watch Buyers (RWB) membership.
Anyone may join the group and purchase watches, but only RWB-verified members are permitted to post listings or run auctions. This requirement ensures that all sellers are vetted, accountable, and held to the group’s standards.

Price Threshold - This group is for watches priced over $10,000 USD only.
This group is for luxury watches priced over $10,000 USD only.
If a watch is priced between $500 and $10,000 it belongs in Moda Watch Club – 10K & Under. Listings below the threshold will be removed. If you want to run an auction, we’ll ask you to host it in the group that corresponds with the expected value.
If you’re unsure about hosting an auction yourself, use our middleman service to cut out the stress.
For Sale Posts Only - This group is strictly for selling.
No want to buy posts, No “looking for” posts, No discussion posts.

Watch Standards & Conditions - Clearly & accurately describe your watch for sale.
All listings must clearly and accurately describe the watch’s condition.
This includes any wear, scratches, missing links, missing box or papers, or service history. Most declined posts result from poor pricing or incomplete descriptions. Pricing must be competitive and, in most cases, below comparable listings readily available online. Lastly, If a watch does not match the description provided, the buyer is entitled to a return.
A Deal Is A Deal - In Moda you're only as good as your word.
A deal is a deal.
If someone comments “sold,” “mine,” “I’ll take it,” or anything similar, the deal is binding. Selling the watch to someone else after this point is a guaranteed removal from the group. There is zero tolerance for backing out of accepted deals.
Reference Checks & Vouches - Always check who you're dealing with
Buyers should always do their due diligence.
A reference means someone has completed successful deals in the past.
A vouch means someone is backing that person for a specific dollar amount with your own money.
If a vetted trader or dealer marks a listing as sold, buyers should be prepared for shipment prior to payment, depending on reputation.
No one is above a reference check.
Auctions - Our auctions have rules.
Only Real Watch Buyer members may run auctions in Watch Club
All auctions must:
Start at $0
Have no reserve
Sell to the highest bidder
Auction fees:
$250 for final bids under $25,000
1% for final bids over $25,000
The top three bids are binding. Members in the group less than 28 days should expect to provide a deposit when the auction closes.
No Trademark Infringment, No fakes - honesty is required
No counterfeit watches, fake cases, fake bracelets, or iced-out aftermarket builds.
Aftermarket parts are not allowed. Only a limited number of approved vendors may post authorized items.
Posts will be taken down and removal from the group is likely.
No Soliciting Or Poaching - This is a marketplace, not a marketing funnel (unless you pay).
Poaching members to form competing groups or soliciting privately is not tolerated and results in immediate removal.
While we won’t ever allow you to poach people to your group – we do offer advertising services through our Moda Vendor Program.

There are no workarounds to sell in Moda.

Posting privileges are limited to verified RWB members, with the sole exception of #FreePostSunday
Admin Help - Posts MUST be public facing.
Admins can only assist with disputes when there is a public post showing the deal.
No post, no admin involvement.
